About the event
Weather you love live music, want to perform, or want to come support the largest indie movement in Long Beach, come hang with us! We will use open mic performances as auditions for Sound of Sanity 2024. Last year we booked over 40 artists in one day, this year we plan to double it, but we need some help from the community. We stand strong on our belief that play to play is for goons! help us fundraise to create an amazing experience this year and to keep the cost down for our community!
Open mic details:
Park in the Food 4 Less parking lot close to Mc Donald's - dress warm! We will be outside!

Performances are 5-10 minutes
Performers will be drawn at random (unless performance ticket is purchased, read ticket details!)
5 dollar donation tickets will be offered and can be redeemed for merch, drinks, performance opportunities, and more!
All ages open mic, Adult content is okay
Instruments welcomed as long as you keep set up time to a minimum. our goal is to see every artists perform that attends the open mic.
Music will be played from your phone!
Back-line: Drum kit, guitar amp, bass amp
